SAE New York accepts applications on an ongoing basis, please see schedule for start dates. Once the enrollment
requirements have been met, seats are assigned to applicants on a first come, first serve basis.
To enroll in the Audio Technology Program (ATP) at SAE NY, applicants will need to:
Entrance Exam
Applicants are required to pass a 30-question multiple choice test evaluating general knowledge
relating to audio. We highly recommend that applicants take this entrance test at SAE's New York
campus, however, it is possible to arrange for this test to be taken at any SAE campus worldwide
(please contact us for details)
To enroll in the Electronic Music Production (EMP) courses with SAE NY, applicants will need to:
SAE New York is authorized under federal law to enroll non-immigrant
foreign students (M1 Visa). International students must
complete the entire enrollment process before the school
can issue a form I-20 (Certificate of Eligibility). The
student must present that form, along with all other
required documents, to the appropriate consular officials in
order to obtain a proper visa for entry to the United States. Unfortunately, regulations do not allow international
student to enroll in part time classes (ATP or EMP).
